Cassie specialises in property law. She joined the Neverman Bennett team in 2017, after working for another large Hamilton law firm specialising in Treaty negotiations.
Cassie deals with a wide range of private and commercial property matters including but not limited to residential and commercial conveyancing, subdivisions, and asset planning.
Cassie prides herself on providing her clients with realistic solutions. She takes a practical approach to achieve this while giving legal and strategic advice.
Cassie has an in-depth knowledge of the Land Registry as she currently serves as a member of the New Zealand Law Society Land Titles Subcommittee.
Outside the office, Cassie enjoys spending time with her husband, who also specialises in property development in the engineering industry. With their young family life is busy but lots of fun and she even finds time as an avid runner to drag her family with her around New Zealand on occasion to partake in ultramarathons.
